We are an IN NETWORK provider with Cigna and Delta Dental. In addition, we are an out of network provider for most other major dental insurances. For those without insurance, we accept credit (Visa or Mastercard), cash, check, and CareCredit.

To make matters easier we file all insurance claims on your behalf. If you have any questions about insurance eligibility or coverage, call us.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to stay on time and honor your time. We understand that things come up unexpectedly that may delay or cause you to have to cancel your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment.
